We currently are not accepting direct payments by Checks or Money order.
We accept Credit Card payments, but you
will need to either print out this Credit Card Authorization Form, fill out the information and then fax it to (323) 410-2272 Before faxing it, make sure your Order or Invoice number is written on the form somewhere so we can match it up with your order.Shipping and Handling:
We ship our items via Flat Rate Priority Mail, so if you need any sort of special shipping (such as outside of the US), then please Email us before you place an order and we'll work out the shipping and handling with you.
